Equipped with easy-to-operate LCD display, the system can display setting values and the current values. The system has wide temperature control range, with precision + or - 1oF, which is ideal for industrial and catering service applications where stringent requirements of hot water temperature are applied.
● Progressive Modulating (only available on units 150 kW or less)
Sizes the input of available elements to match current load conditions. Rotates and lead lags element loads to provide long life and equal wear.
● Solid State Modulating Step Control (All Models 180KW and up)
Solid state electronic control device that modulates input to match load through progressive sequencing of steps (up to 24 steps with maximum of one per contactor).
● Remote monitoring
Equipped with a remote control interface which can be connected to the remote monitoring room, facilitating monitoring of working state of water heater.
● Low Water Cut Off
Factory-standard water level sensor uses an electronic immersion type probe to sense water level change and will cut off power of elements automatically once water running low to ensure safety.
● SUS444 "Platinum" Tank
This patented product, can not only bear huge flow, but also resist rusting and fouling, so that enhance water quality to the standard of drinking water. Without the usage of anode rod, the high cost of replacing anode rods each year will be avoided.(Tanks material 316L is available.)
● High density glass fiber cotton - at least 75mm thick insulation
The extremely thick thermal insulation layer can reduce heat loss of water heater, thus saving energy.
● Incoloy Heating Element
The dip-in design of flange shaped electric heating elements has high mechanical strength, high corrosion resistance, and good chemical stability. It is able to prevent heating damage while water running low and fouling damage. Overall, high heating efficiency and low operating costs are ensured.
● Magnetic Contactor
Withstand heavy duty for 500,000 cycles (UL standard).
● Built-in Fuse
All heating elements and circuits are equipped with high standard fuses, thus providing comprehensive electrical protection.
● ECO High Temperature Limit Switch
Installed inside the immersion probe, used to prevent the water heater temperature rising too high. The contact will break at 202℉ /94℃. At the same time, it will cut off the contactor and heating elements power.
